Shipping Policy

At Pokevibe, we strive to get your collectibles to you quickly, safely, and securely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak times, such as holidays or major product releases, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and service but generally fall within the following ranges:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is marked as shipped, we are no longer responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit or not delivered within 10 business days of shipment, contact us at Fady@Pokevibe.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, email us immediately—if the order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to correct it.

Return & Cancellation Policy

At Pokevibe, I take pride in providing top-quality TCG sealed products, singles and collectibles. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of sealed products in the trading card industry, we do not offer returns. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and authenticity of all items sold.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, we're here to help. Please contact us at Fady@Pokevibe.com with details and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation before your order ships. Cancellations are subject to a 6% fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the original transaction.

To request a cancellation, email us at Fady@Pokevibe.com using the subject line:
"CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]"
